Profile

Angelica specialises in design development and geometry rationalisation, ensuring that design concepts align with technical requirements. She leads a team of architects and designers, providing hands-on support and direction to ensure efficiency and innovation in every project. With a flexible and diverse skill set, she can adapt to multiple roles within a project, bridging creative and technical aspects with ease. She dedicates time to guiding younger team members, helping them build confidence in their skills and fostering connections with industry professionals to further their development.

Before joining ZHA, Angelica worked with architectural practices in Paris and Chile, including Antonini Darmon Architectes, where she contributed to cultural, hotel, and residential projects across all design stages.

Education & Professional Philosophy

Angelica completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in architecture from the University of Chile, including a year of exchange at ENSAPB in France. She earned her Master of Architecture and Urbanism with Distinction from the Design Research Laboratory (DRL) at the Architectural Association (AA) in London. She has taught advanced digital design at the AA DRL, AA Diploma, and the University of Chile.
