Anna joined ZHA in 2021 and manages key aspects of the employee lifecycle and workplace relationships, compensation and benefits, and performance management, while also contributing to strategic HR initiatives such as policy development, compliance, training, and HR data and analytics. She played a pivotal role in implementing ZHA’s new HR system, helping to streamline HR operations across the office.
A significant part of her role is being a key liaison between ZHA’s London headquarters and its offices in Asia, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance HR processes and strengthen employee support, while ensuring local compliance.

Anna completed her five-year Specialist degree in Cultural Studies, focusing on Chinese Culture and Language, from Saint Petersburg State University in Russia, before qualifying for CIPD Level 5 in People Management.
Anna's experience living in China and Taiwan, combined with her academic background in Chinese Studies, enables her to build strong connections with employees in Asia, fostering deeper relationships and cultural understanding. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, art, theatre, and sports, with her latest favourite form of movement being reformer Pilates.
