With previous experience in finance and property, Asheley posses a deep understanding in managing complex logistics, supporting senior stakeholders, and facilitating cross-team collaboration. Her responsibilities include client invoicing, supplier payments, and cost-tracking to maintain accurate budget forecasts. She also manages resource allocation, client communication, meeting organisation, and various administrative functions. Being highly organised with a keen eye for process improvement, she regularly refines project tracking tools, streamlines operational workflows, and often serves as a reliable contact point for studio-wide operational inquiries.

Prior to joining ZHA, Asheley supported business development activity within the financial services sector and previously worked in real estate managing portfolios for high-net-worth clients.

Asheley holds a Bachelor of Arts in 3D Design for Sustainability from Falmouth University, which provided her with a strong foundation in creative thinking, materials science, and systems-based design approaches. 

Outside of work, Asheley runs a ceramics practice which allows her to take risks and embrace unexpected outcomes. As a creative outlet, it has also taught her to be patient and adaptable, bringing fresh perspectives and calm focus to her coordination work.
