Cristina collaborates closely with project teams to manage and track all financial aspects, ensuring precise profitability calculations and providing insights to optimise project performance. With strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach, she is dedicated to accuracy and enjoys contributing as a supportive team player. Beyond her project work, she plays an active role in the office by advising and guiding junior team members.

Before joining ZHA, Cristina spent seven years in construction consulting across the Middle East and the UK, working with companies including AECOM in Dubai and London. Her prior collaboration with ZHA as a consultant provided her with valuable insights into the practice’s processes.

Cristina completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the American University in Dubai and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2018.

Outside of work, Cristina is a dedicated pet lover, particularly of dogs, and is actively involved in animal welfare initiatives. She serves as a fundraiser for various nonprofit organisations to help stray dogs in Thailand and her home country, Romania.
