First joining ZHA in 2003 as Press Officer, Manon managed press, communications, exhibitions, and lectures. Upon her return in 2008, she set up the Exhibitions and Archives department. She set up bespoke collection databases to catalogue and manage an extensive array of materials—including paintings, sketches, hand drawings, prototypes, models, photographs, artworks, furniture, and design objects—ensuring the preservation of Zaha’s legacy. Her responsibilities extend to the production and curation of ZHA’s global exhibitions. Museums, galleries, and universities worldwide frequently collaborate with ZHA under her guidance.
Manon also oversees the contractual, financial and legal administration of product design collaborations and partnerships. She aligns product initiatives with ZHA's brand strategy and supports clients with their product launches at fairs and exhibitions, to maximise impact and visibility.
Prior to joining ZHA, Manon worked in Italy on architectural virtual reconstructions of Pompeii, using architectural 3D tools to document archaeological sites. In 2005 she joined David Chipperfield Architects as Associate Director and Head of Communications and Press.

Inside ZHA

Manon earned her Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy from the La Sapienza University of Rome in Italy, and her Erasmus European Scholarship at the KU Leuven in Belgium. She completed a Master in Architectural Multimedia Systems at the Faculty of Architecture at the Università degli Studi di Roma Tre in Rome, Italy. She has given lectures at museums, conferences, and universities, including the Architectural Association (AA) in London and the MAXXI in Rome.
Manon sees exhibitions as an opportunity to tell the story of ZHA in new and compelling ways.
