Leading the acquisitions team, Marcella expertly manages the preparation, development, and submission of complex international pitches and bids. Her fast-paced role also involves coordinating office-wide presentations, crafting marketing content, and compiling company portfolios. With a keen eye for opportunity and a solid understanding of market trends, she is instrumental in negotiating and managing relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating seamless integration of new acquisitions. 

Marcella’s flexibility and fast thinking allow her to handle urgent requests with precision, prioritising critical tasks while delegating others effectively. With an artistic background, she leverages her graphic design skills to create compelling proposals, brochures, and presentations that resonate with clients. Her comprehensive skill set and strategic creativity make her an invaluable asset in navigating the intricate demands of international acquisitions.

Prior to joining ZHA in 2013, she worked for high-profile international firms, including Arup in Australia, and Goldman Sachs and Pepsi Co. in the UK.

Marcella received her Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing & Communications from the University of Turin in Italy and her Diploma in Graphic Design from the Shillington College of Graphic Design in Australia. 

Marcella’s upbringing in a large southern Italian family nurtured her sociable nature and people skills. Influenced by her father, she developed a passion for painting and graphic design.
