Education & Professional Philosophy

Mark completed his Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Queens University Belfast. His thesis designs were shortlisted for the RIBA President’s Medal in 2012 and exhibited across the UK and Ireland.

Since 2010, Mark has been highly involved in BIM technologies, lecturing internationally on their strategic implementation in architectural practices. He has represented ZHA at conferences such as BIM Show Live UK, and various universities in Ireland, the UK, and Asia.

Influenced by Irish architectural traditions, Mark values the sensitivity to finishes, details, and materiality, ensuring every element reflects the building’s context. Beyond architecture, Mark enjoys playing the guitar.
