During her tenure at ZHA, Natalie has demonstrated a deep understanding of ZHA's business operations and provided vital support across all levels of the studio.
In her current role, Natalie provides day-to-day guidance to a team of coordinators while assisting directors and senior staff across a wide range of operational needs. Managing complex schedules, Natalie oversees logistics, resource allocation, and internal communications. As a key point of contact for administrative inquiries, she ensures continuity, efficiency, and precision in all aspects of support.
Prior to ZHA, Natalie gained experience working at PKS Architects, John McAslan + Partners, and AL_A, in graphics and administrative roles.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Graphic Design from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
Outside work, she has a passion in practicing aerial hoop, a suspended acrobatic performance, which she named her eldest daughter after.
