With strong professional knowledge and people skills, Nicola ensures the smooth operation of projects by facilitating communication, managing schedules, and aligning teams and stakeholders. Acting as a central point of contact, she coordinates all aspects of a project to ensure efficiency and clarity.
Prior to joining ZHA in 2012, Nicola worked in various support roles for architectural practices such as Populous and Conran & Partners, as well as graphic design consultancies, including Forge Consultants, Air Design, and FITCH.

Nicola completed her Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Derby and her Master of Science in Architectural Project Management from Solent University.
Nicola is a keen crafter and gardener. Since moving to the West Country, she has transformed her back garden into a space for growing vegetables.
