With a wealth of experience in designing complex high-rise developments, Oliver has honed his design expertise and technical acumen, with a particular emphasis on innovative façade design and advanced façade systems. He has contributed to projects from concept to completion across Europe, East Asia, the UK, and the US and his portfolio includes the award-winning tower One Thousand Museum in the US. He is currently working on International Gateway Centre in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining ZHA, Oliver worked with several architectural practices, gaining broad experience across sectors and typologies, including educational institutes, energy facilities, commercial offices, and residential towers.

Oliver studied Architecture at Newcastle University and earned his Diploma in the Bioclimatic Unit of the Manchester School of Architecture (MSA). He has been an Associate Lecturer at the MSA, teaching in the Bioclimatic department, further developing his interest in environmental design and technological innovations in architecture.
Inspired by the beauty and complexity in nature, Oliver's travels and outdoor adventures inspire his architectural thinking. In his free time he combines his passion for architecture with his love of music, searching for rare vinyl records in far off places.

Adjacent to the West Kowloon Cultural District, the 3.2 million sq. ft. development above Hong Kong’s High Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus connects established and emerging neighbourhoods with a network of public gardens and landscaped plazas.

Developed on the world’s most valuable site purchased by Henderson Land, the 36-storey tower's design shelters new civic plazas enveloped by nature, creating an urban oasis in the centre of the city. Accommodating enhanced workplace flexibility, the building’s smart management system creates a contactless pathway for all occupants, eliminating all contact with communal surfaces.

One Thousand Museum is a 62-storey residential tower opposite Museum Park in Miami. With views across Biscayne Bay, this popular 30-acre park was redeveloped in 2013 as one of downtown Miami's primary public spaces and includes the city's new art and science museums.

There is a powerful urban dynamic between the streets of New York and the High Line, a layered civic realm that has developed over generations and in many iterations. 520 West 28th conveys this contextual relationship, applying new ideas and concepts to create the latest evolution of the site’s rich history.

Situated on the beach at Surfside, The Delmore’s design is defined by its location and environment. ZHA’s detailed analysis of the oceanfront site mapped fluctuations in solar radiation, temperature, humidity, prevailing winds, air quality, rainfall, in addition to the variable ground and sea conditions throughout every day of the year.
