With over 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, Paul collaborates with the finance department and project teams to develop and execute financial plans that align with the practice’s long-term objectives. He has led training sessions on project accounting, project performance management, and key financial concepts, enhancing the team’s financial literacy. He has also spearheaded initiatives to optimise the practice’s financial processes and systems, implementing innovative solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis.
Prior to joining ZHA, Paul worked at an international automotive consultancy, where he analysed financial data for companies and their dealerships, preparing him with the skills to navigate the complexities of financial planning for architectural project management.

Paul studied Management at Royal Holloway, University of London and Sustainable Performance Management (CIMA) at the Manchester Metropolitan University, before qualifying as a chartered accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Growing up in England, Italy, and the US and having worked in both the UK and Asia, Paul’s international experience brings a diverse perspective to his work. Outside the office, he is passionate about travelling, exploring different cultures, and scuba diving.
