Born in Amsterdam, Roger grew-up in the USA and trained as an architect in the UK. He worked with developers in the residential and hospitality sectors in China and South East Asia for almost a decade before joining ZHA’s London team in 2004. Roger champions the practice’s truly unique culture that empowers the widest diversity of people with the broadest variety of talents to work collectively in enriching the built environment.
