With meticulous organisational skills, Vaida coordinates across different departments and teams to implement procedures and policies that foster a healthy and efficient work environment. Prior to joining ZHA, she worked in the hospitality industry.

Vaida holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Geography from Klaipeda University in Lithuania, where she studied how social and spatial forces shape society. Curious about different cultures, she is fascinated with exploring the social geography of the world through travelling.
