Bogdan’s portfolio includes high-rise towers, theatres, museums, transportation hubs, offices, residential buildings, campuses, masterplans, and airports, with a focus on parametric modelling and advanced geometrical design methodologies. He has contributed to key ZHA projects, including Masaryčka Office Development in Prague, Singapore New Science Centre, and Tower C at Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base.
Before joining ZHA, Bogdan began his architectural career in Romania and Austria.


Featured Project
Accommodating the continued growth of the city’s corporate sector with office spaces designed to meet 21st century working patterns, the 28,000 sq. m Masaryčka office and retail development incorporates seven storeys within its eastern section and nine storeys at its western end.

Bogdan studied at the Ion Mincu University in Bucharest and the Faculty of Architecture in Timisoara, Romania. He completed his Magister of Architecture from the University of Applied Arts Vienna as part of Studio Zaha Hadid. He is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Applied Arts Vienna.
Bogdan has taught at the University of Innsbruck, the Angewandte in Vienna, the BioID at UCL, and the Architectural Association (AA) in London. He regularly lectures and participates in conferences, delivering workshops focused on computational design and parametric architecture across Europe.
Outside work, Bogdan enjoys exploring cultural history through travelling and draws inspiration from Formula 1, where design and performance intersect.

The design of Tower C integrates the city and nature within its central green axis with the transit orientated development (TOD) of Shenzhen’s new spine, creating a ‘superscape’ that will become a tower of the future within the Super Headquarters Base.

ZHA’s first sports and commercial project in Asia, GO PARK Sai Sha is nestled between the mountains of Hong Kong’s Ma On Shan Country Park and the sheltered waters of Three Fathoms Cove which leads out to the South China Sea.
