Chiara specialises in troubleshooting, managing workflows, and setting strategies that ensure efficient project delivery. With strong organisational skills, she focuses on regulating and structuring processes to meet client requirements and ensure all consultants follow project strategies. She works closely with project architects and managers, becoming involved from the schematic design stage through to project midpoints, setting up workflows that align with regulations and translating these into Revit.
Prior to joining ZHA, Chiara worked as BIM coordinator at RSHP and KCA in London, where she was responsible for BIM management and project delivery on residential and office projects.

Heritage + Regeneration
Residential
ZHA was appointed together with local practice Square Architecte to renovate and extend Le Schuylkill Tower. Construction works have begun with completion planned in May 2027. With 188 apartments from small studios to four-bedroom family units, the existing tower sits on a steep site with a 22m gradient between its north and south boundaries.
