Niran has played a key role in ZHA’s interior designs and her portfolio features collaborations in interior and product design for renowned brands such as Boffi, Citco Marbles, Lalique, and Wiener Silber Manufactur. Collaborating with large, multidisciplinary teams, Niran mentors younger team members, sharing her expertise to support their development.
Recently, Niran's contributions has shifted from interior and product designs toward architectural-scale projects, including cultural buildings, highrises and masterplans.

Niran completed her Master of Architecture at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. She has taught technical tutorials at the Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) and regularly participates in design juries.
Growing up in Istanbul, a city rich with history and diverse influences, the city’s modern transformations from its Byzantine heritage was the incubator for Niran’s passion for architecture. Outside architecture, she enjoys sports and sci-fi movies.

There is a powerful urban dynamic between the streets of New York and the High Line, a layered civic realm that has developed over generations and in many iterations. 520 West 28th conveys this contextual relationship, applying new ideas and concepts to create the latest evolution of the site’s rich history.
