Evolving into a broader dialogue, the collection introduces new pieces presented at Salone del Mobile 2026 that expand both the material language and spatial perception of the series. The STRATA Bench, DELTA Coffee Table, AER Low Chair, LEDGE Low Table, VEIL Carpet, and DRIFT Tableware extend ZHA’s investigations of erosion, translating these natural processes into functional design.
While the original pieces investigated the density and permanence of carved stone, the expanded collection introduces lighter, more tensile materials including carbon fibre, crafted leather and textiles—transitioning from a design language of weight and solidity towards embracing fluidity and layering.
Together, the collection is a dynamic interplay between the solidity of marble and the softer, pliable materiality of the finest leathers, textiles and fibres. Exploring the processes that define form and structure in the natural world, the Erosion Collection blurs the boundary between furniture, landscape and sculpture.

The 3D-printed ECHO Chair developed by ZHA for Nagami explores an echo as a geometric condition rather than an acoustic phenomenon. Instead of repetition, an echo is understood as a transformation—a single geometric logic unfolding into multiple structural, spatial and material expressions.
