Start-up exhibition and conference centre
Dennis has contributed to major projects in China, including Leeza SOHO in Beijing, Infinitus Plaza in Guangzhou, Sky SOHO in Shanghai and the Unicorn Island Masterplan in Chengdu. His experience spans product design, residential and office buildings, cultural landmarks, and large-scale urban masterplans.
Prior to joining ZHA, Dennis worked at architectural practices in Austria, where he honed his skills in visualisation and 3D modelling.

Featured Project
Infinitus Plaza is the new global headquarters of Infinitus China. Incorporating work environments designed to nurture connectivity, creativity and entrepreneurship, the new headquarters also includes the group’s herbal medicine research facilities and safety assessment labs as well as a learning centre for conferences and exhibitions.

Dennis completed his Diploma in Architecture with distinction from the University of Innsbruck in Austria, where he studied under ZHA Principal Patrik Schumacher.
Dennis values the multicultural community at ZHA and in London, believing diverse cultural experiences enrich his architectural knowledge. Outside work, he enjoys visual storytelling through photography and videography.

Tall Buildings
Offices
Located on Lize Road in southwest Beijing, Leeza SOHO tower anchors the new Fengtai business district; a growing financial and transport hub between the city centre and the recently opened Beijing Daxing International Airport to the south.

Masterplans
A mixed-use masterplan for 70,000 researchers, office staff, residents and visitors, Unicorn Island has been designed to enhance the well-being of its community; its design influenced by principles within the region’s historical natural engineering projects.
