Featured Project
Straddling an underground subway service tunnel, Leeza SOHO's design divides its volume into two halves enclosed by a single facade shell. The emerging space between these two halves extends the full height of the tower, creating the world’s tallest atrium.

Civic
The DDP has been designed as a cultural hub at the centre of one of the busiest and most historic districts of the city. It is a place for people of all ages; a catalyst for the instigation and exchange of ideas and a place for new technologies and media to be explored - presenting an ever-changing menu of exhibitions and events that feeds the cultural vitality of the city.

Tall Buildings
Offices
Developed on the world’s most valuable site purchased by Henderson Land, the 36-storey tower's design shelters new civic plazas enveloped by nature, creating an urban oasis in the centre of the city. Accommodating enhanced workplace flexibility, the building’s smart management system creates a contactless pathway for all occupants, eliminating all contact with communal surfaces.
