Saman has contributed to numerous projects from early concept to their latest stages, including the Shenzhen Science & Technology Museum, Tower C at Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, and Daxia Tower in Xi’an. With expertise in computational and parametric design, she contributed to concept design for major projects such as the Masaryčka Office Development in Prague, Forest Green Rovers Eco Park Stadium in the UK, The Henderson in Hong Kong, and Navi Mumbai International Airport in India.

From a design connecting directly with its adjacent park and plazas which transform into a terraced landscape extending upwards within its two towers in Shenzhen, to a office and retail development in Prague, discover highlights of Saman's notable projects at ZHA.

Saman completed her Bachelor of Architecture in Architecture Engineering from Tehran University in Iran and her Master of Architecture and Urbanism with Distinction from the Design Research Laboratory (DRL) at the Architectural Association (AA) in London. She served as a design studio researcher and 3D modelling tutor at Azad University in Iran.
As an architect, Saman collaborates with organisations to guide young designers through workshops, competitions, and critiques, inspiring them to explore bold ideas with a practical, context-driven approach.

Developed on the world’s most valuable site purchased by Henderson Land, the 36-storey tower's design shelters new civic plazas enveloped by nature, creating an urban oasis in the centre of the city. Accommodating enhanced workplace flexibility, the building’s smart management system creates a contactless pathway for all occupants, eliminating all contact with communal surfaces.

The design of Tower C integrates the city and nature within its central green axis with the transit orientated development (TOD) of Shenzhen’s new spine, creating a ‘superscape’ that will become a tower of the future within the Super Headquarters Base.

Xi’an International Football Centre’s 60,000-seat stadium and training grounds are integral to the ongoing development of football in China. Initiated by the Chinese Football Association and China’s national sports development organisations, the new football centre provides facilities of the highest standards to nurture the sport across all levels.

Designed to host local and international productions of opera, dance and drama together with large-scale symphonies and musical theatre, the Art and Culture Centre includes a 1,400-seat Grand Theatre, 500-seat Black-Box Multifunctional Hall, 2,900 sq. m Arts and Education Centre, 3,000m² Conference Centre, 7,500m² Heritage Museum and a 10,000m² Digital Art Gallery.
