Theodor specialises in façade design and rationalisation, computational and parametric design, and interior design. He began experimenting with exoskeleton structures during university, which has since become central to his work. He has developed this concept across major projects at ZHA, including One Thousand Museum in Miami, International Gateway Centre in Hong Kong, and Sky Park Tower in Bratislava.
He has also played a key role in leading design packages for façades and interiors, overseeing parametric setups, façade coordination, and on-site supervision. He is currently leading the Sky Park Tower in Bratislava, focusing on its exoskeleton façade and interior space designs.

Situated on the beach at Surfside, The Delmore’s design is defined by its location and environment. ZHA’s detailed analysis of the oceanfront site mapped fluctuations in solar radiation, temperature, humidity, prevailing winds, air quality, rainfall, in addition to the variable ground and sea conditions throughout every day of the year.
