Yen-Fen has contributed to key ZHA projects, including Sanya Cultural District and the Xi’an International Football Centre in China, as well as the Théâtre Royal de Rabat in Morocco. In recent years, Yen-Fen has taken on project management and coordination responsibilities, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure the design process stays on track from initial concept to detailed development. Her role involves reviewing designs with project teams, making key design decisions, and managing the technical aspects of projects. She also liaises directly with clients to align their needs with consultants — to deliver successful project outcomes.
Prior to joining ZHA, Yen-Fen worked with KRIS YAO | ARTECH on mixed-use high-rise project and served as a consultant for residential projects for a development company in Taiwan.

Yen-Fen completed her Bachelor of Architecture in Architecture and Interior Design from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology in Taiwan and her Master of Architecture in Architectural Design from the Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL).
Yen-Fen enjoys travelling and experiencing diverse cultures, which allows her to understand local contexts and client needs, and approach international projects with a well-informed perspective.

Culture
Located at the entrance to Sanya’s harbour, the new cultural district by ZHA is adjacent to the Jiangang Road terminus of Sanya’s tram network that connects many of the residential and hotel districts on Sanya Bay with the city’s high-speed rail station.

Sports
Xi’an International Football Centre’s 60,000-seat stadium and training grounds are integral to the ongoing development of football in China. Initiated by the Chinese Football Association and China’s national sports development organisations, the new football centre provides facilities of the highest standards to nurture the sport across all levels.

Culture
A fluid sculptural form inspired by the Bouregreg River between the ancient cities of Rabat and Salé. Incorporating an 1800-seat theatre, a 7,000 person amphitheatre and an experimental performance space.

Sports
Located within Hangzhou’s Future Science and Technology Cultural District, the sports centre establishes a new riverfront park and public plazas with direct access to Lines 3 and 5 of the city’s expanding metro network.
