The new urban nexus

ZHA’s mixed-use designs embody architectural efficiency with a vibrant social core. They represent an evolving urban lifestyle, where people from diverse backgrounds converge to live, work and play.

Integrated and adaptable

ZHA’s mixed-use buildings form micro-hubs within a city, independent but not isolated. Developments combining residential, office, and entertainment areas optimise space and efficiency and integrate organically with their surroundings. Our buildings harmonise disparate functions with clever mixed-use designs to provide dynamic, sustainable solutions to modern urban living.

Exploring the balance between solid and void, opaque and transparent, interior and exterior, the design was presented by ZHA in 2007.
