Featured Projects
From a gallery displaying treasures from the Science Museum’s world-class science, technology, engineering and mathematics collections to an innovative architectural solution built on a restricted urban site within one of London’s historic conservation areas, discover highlights of Bidisha's notable projects at ZHA.

Bidisha received her Diploma in Architecture from the School of Habitat Studies in Delhi and earned her Master of Architecture and Urbanism from the Design Research Laboratory (DRL) at the Architectural Association (AA) in London. She has been actively involved as a visiting critic in design reviews and panels at prestigious institutions in India and the UK, and regularly speaks at events, including the Global Innovation Forum, Salone del Mobile Milano, and the BMW rad°hub session. Her passion for architecture also extends into the editorial and writing domains.
Bidisha’s diverse upbringing in Damascus and North India instilled an appreciation for multiculturalism and shaped her compassionate approach to communication and collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking as a creative outlet — she previously organised a supper club that introduced people to the cultural experience of eating with their hands.

Education
An opportunity to broaden the educational diversity of this active and historic London area. Following the principle of ‘schools within schools’, the design generates natural patterns of division within highly functional spaces which give each of the four smaller schools a distinct identity, both internally and externally.

Offices
Developed on the world’s most valuable site purchased by Henderson Land, the 36-storey tower's design shelters new civic plazas enveloped by nature, creating an urban oasis in the centre of the city. Accommodating enhanced workplace flexibility, the building’s smart management system creates a contactless pathway for all occupants, eliminating all contact with communal surfaces.
