The Alba is a new US$1.9 billion mixed-use beachfront development designed by ZHA for Omniyat on the Eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah with panoramic views of Dubai’s coast and skyline.

Incorporating a variety of three- and four-bedroom units, each with a pool on expansive outdoor terraces, the Alba’s design creates an oasis for beachfront living and hospitality managed by the renowned Dorchester Collection.

Designed to achieve the highest certification of the WELL Building Standard, the Alba Residences & Hotel continues Omniyat’s long-established partnerships with ZHA and the Dorchester Collection; redefining standards of design excellence, bespoke craftsmanship and unrivalled hospitality throughout Dubai.
