Overall, he supports and contributes to the integration of sustainable practices and energy efficiency into ZHA projects.
Prior to joining ZHA, Bahaa worked on architecture, landscape, and urban design projects in the Middle East and worldwide. His diverse background allows him to adopt a comprehensive approach to each project, considering social, urban, and environmental contexts.

Bahaa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Damascus University in Syria and a Master of Science from Oxford Brookes University in the UK, where he gained advanced knowledge in sustainable architecture, earned a distinction, and won the UK Passivhaus Student Competition. He was awarded a prestigious scholarship to pursue postgraduate studies in the UK.
Bahaa is also a musician. His story and personality are shaped by a mix of cultures and experiences — much like he draws from vastly different musical styles and sounds to create something personal and uniquely his own.
